We apply the rate set by the Body Corporate has agreed, based on the bulk rate that has been negotiated with the supplier. The supply charge is added as a separate line item to arrive at the contractually agreed amount for your building. There are separate meters for each unit, so the cost to each residential unit is based on the actual metered usage. The pensioner rebate will still apply to eligible customers in Queensland.

Silver Asset Services bills according to the meter readings recorded for your unit. If your bill is higher than expected it is very likely that you have consumed more than usual. Silver Asset Services can arrange to have a check read performed on your meter however there may be additional costs involved if no errors are found.

We are pleased to offer a range of payment options that suit the majority of unit occupiers, including cheque, BPAY and credit card. Details for each of these services can be found at the bottom of your bill. You can also set up direct debit online by logging into the portal.

If your account is not paid on time you will incur an additional charge. These charges can be found on our website. The Body Corporate might require that a security deposit is to be paid due to you being considered a credit risk. This is fully refundable on finalisation of the account.

You will normally receive bills either monthly or quarterly, depending on the requirements of the body corporate. Many bodies corporate are moving to monthly billing as this keeps the billed amounts more manageable.

You will have 19 days from the invoice issue date to pay your bill.
