The Staff at Silver Asset Services are always very helpful. They are happy to talk over the phone and assist when there are problems with your account and are happy to negotiate payment plans or offer any other government help that is out there for you. From my recent experiences speaking with Vanessa and Fiona at length and sometimes late on a Friday afternoon, I have only good things to say about Silver Asset. Nothing was a problem for them and they even helped me fill out a Government Form. The last couple of months have been very trying for me with a very unwell mum and a lot of my bills were piling up and the girls from Silver Asset were only too happy to be there to help out and offer suggestions with my electricity account. .
