In 2008 the company name changed to Silver Asset Services to better reflect the comprehensive range of services available.

Paul Wood


In 2007 Paul was appointed as a Director of SSKB. Prior to his appointment with SSKB, Paul held the position of Company Accountant for a developer, gained valuable experience working for an international chartered accounting firm, as well as owning and operating management rights for over 3 years. Paul’s experience has allowed him to work closely with developers and lots owners ensuring the delivery of successful projects and communities.

Sarah Price

General Manager

Sarah began her role as the General Manager of SAS in 2018 after more than a decade of working in energy and strata industries. Sarah possesses expert knowledge of all aspects of utilities billing including retail/market contracts, infrastructure and legislative requirements. Sarah prides herself on being a hands on manager and assisting key stakeholders to ensure SAS cater to each buildings specific needs.


Team Leader

Rebecca joined the SAS team in 2015 after four years of working at SSKB. She now acts as the SAS Team Leader and utilises her knowledge of the energy and strata industries to oversee all aspects of utilities management and billing. Rebecca also manages the set-up of all new buildings to ensure a timely handover.


Customer Service Officer / Portfolio Manager

Fiona joined our SAS team in 2016. She focuses on providing great customer service to all our clients/occupants in a prompt and friendly manner while also being responsible for managing her own portfolio. Fiona acts as the main contact for all New South Wales and Sunshine Coast buildings.

Vanessa is our Brisbane based team member and joined SAS in 2003. She manages and oversees all aspects of billing and reporting for her portfolio which is made up of buildings throughout the Brisbane area. After years of working in the industry Vanessa has gained expert knowledge in the field of concessions and manages this service on behalf of all of our clients.
