MANAGE AND CARRY OUT METER READING
We have dedicated contractors who attend site to read the meters as per the billing cycle requested by the committee. We also ensure that ad hoc readings are taken for when occupants move in or vacate to ensure they are accurately billed for their consumption.

ISSUE INDIVIDUAL BILLS TO OCCUPANTS
Once the meter readings have been recorded, we then issue individual bills to all occupants as per their actual consumption. Bills are able to be sent via email or post to occupants.

RECOVER FUNDS
SAS have a dedicated bank account for each Body Corporate for the occupant’s payments to be receipted into. At the end of each month all recoveries are returned to the Body Corporate.

CARRY OUT ARREARS AND COLLECTION PRO CESSES
Any occupants with an unpaid or overdue balance will be subject to our arrears process to ensure all funds are recovered for the Body Corporate. Our arrears process includes issuing overdue notices, carrying out disconnections and also referring debts to external agencies for further action.

EMBEDDED NETWORK MANAGEMENT
In order to comply with legislation Body Corporates who own and operate an embedded network must appoint an accredited embedded network manager too process any occupants wishing to churn out of the network. SAS has been accredited by the AEMO and are able to manage all aspects of this role on behalf of the Body Corporate.
